Shipped
Vessels: one record per vessel - components, photos and full service history - shared across owners, professionals and surveyors, with legal ownership, contacts and relationships kept as separate, auditable records.
Bookings to invoices: the full booking, quote, work order and invoice lifecycle, with status tracked at every step and online invoice payment.
Template builder: a drag-and-drop builder for forms, PDF reports, surveys and email templates with live data bindings - wired into invoices, quotes and outgoing email, not a separate tool.
Service and parts catalog: service templates, parts inventory, and convention and jurisdiction filters and recommendations scoped to vessel type.
Team and permissions: role-based access (admin, manager, technician, contractor, viewer), field-level permission control in the template builder, and data isolated per organisation.
Client and business management: client and client-vessel records, client relationships, calendar and scheduling, business tasks and work packages.
Marketplace: vessel owners discover and book marine professionals, request quotes, and track jobs in real time.
Bulk onboarding: a data import pipeline for bringing an existing business's clients, vessels and services in from spreadsheets and exports, with a review step before anything is committed.
Platform administration: conventions, jurisdictions, organisations, commission setup and tracking, user management, and the service taxonomy everything above is built on.
Security and access: two-factor sign-in, audit logging, and sign-in with Google, Apple or email.
Every screen: the full platform on web, iOS and macOS, responsive across phone, tablet and desktop.

MYOB accounting export, so invoices do not have to be re-entered into a separate set of books.
An in-app notification centre for bookings, quotes, invoices and tasks.

Stripe Connect for automated commission payouts and online invoice payment (cards and PayTo).
