Current status and planned work for the MyVSSL platform.

Current completion: ~95%

MyVSSL is a B2B2C marine services marketplace. Based on a comprehensive codebase audit, the platform is approximately 95% complete. Remaining work focuses on production readiness and enhancements.

Complete: Client management, platform admin, business management, integration testing, user feedback system, data enforcement, B2C vessel owner portal, navigation system, documentation.

In progress: Airwallex integration (infrastructure ready, connection pending), commission automation (schema ready), Flutter theme migration (~72% complete).

Planned: Invoice UI (backend only today), additional marketplace and reporting features.

Phase 1: Production readiness

Complete remaining core features for marketplace launch: Airwallex connection, commission automation, and theme migration completion.

Phase 2 and beyond

Invoice list and detail UI, advanced analytics, and continued platform improvements based on user feedback.
