Accepting a Quote

When you receive a quote link, you can open it without signing in. The page is /guestForm with collection=quotes and view=quote. The title is "Quote response".

The page says: "Please review the quote below, complete the work order, then accept or decline."

This is not the provider Guest Portal. That screen is view=quote_request ("Quote request response"), documented under Guest Portal on Getting Quotes and on the professional External Quote Requests page.

Do not share or paste the link token. Help does not include an example token.

Accept Quote

Accept Quote submits in one tap. There is no second confirm for accept.

Decline Quote

Decline Quote opens a confirm dialog:

Title: "Decline Quote"
Text: "This will decline the quote"
Confirm button: "Decline Quote"

Cancel closes the dialog and leaves the quote unchanged.

Sign and Clear

The signature block has Sign and Clear.

Sign captures your signature.
Clear removes the signature you captured. It is enabled only after a signature is present.
Submitting with no signature shows "Please add your signature before submitting."
The page also says "Your signature is saved securely when you submit."

After a successful submit the banner is "Thank you. Your sign-off has been saved."
